    The pool area was amazing, rooms were clean and fantastic. All of the staff members were excellent and kind. the hotel was in a marvelous location next to the airport, a beautiful lake, and sightseeing.

    Greatly enjoyed having a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. the hotel staff was decent and absolutely fantastic.

    Everything is great, we liked this hotel. The rooms are impressive and incredibly comfortable, equipped with a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe. Overall different food, plus there is Rang Yai Island close by...

    Enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. The pool access from the room was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was tasty. Had fun exploring the recreational amenities.

    Who needs good communication skills and a convenient location anyway? Not this hotel.

    Loved the peacefulness of the hotel, and the fact that I could swim right from my room. The restaurant had a good selection of Thai and Western dishes. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus too.

    Couldn't communicate with the staff due to their "impressive" English skills.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pool area was fine and even better than the pictures. We loved being able to jump right into the pool from our terrace. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to help us with vegetarian food. The location was perfect, very close to a beautiful lake and the main road to the airport.

    The swimming pool is definitely the main attraction of this hotel. It covers more than half of the hotel grounds, and it's a beauty at night. The direct pool access from the room was perfect, and it's a fantastic feeling to take a dip in the pool right outside your door. The breakfast was also a good mix of options and changed daily. It was located away from the main road, making it an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

    The hotel is located far away from attractions, roads are noisy, and there's a lack of good restaurants nearby. it's difficult to communicate with hotel staff due to poor English and their lack of experience with tourists not a part of Chinese tour groups.

    The pool access right from my room was a dream come true, just like in the photos. I loved being able to jump in and swim whenever I wanted. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had interconnecting rooms with my kids , made our stay even better. The included breakfast had a large variety of delicious options, catering to both Western and local tastes.

    Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as road noise and being located far from touristy areas, they didn't bother me too much. The hotel is relatively new, so it's understandable that some drivers might not know its location yet.

    We had a great time at Supicha Pool Access Hotel. the swimming pool was stunning and perfect for a refreshing swim. the food, both for breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner, was delicious and had a good variety. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

    Felt very secure, no complaints whatsoever.
